Everyone goes through various amounts of stress each day. Whether it’s to do with money, work, friendships or other relationships, situations can change each and every day. One thing is for certain – a counsellor should not tell you what to do. You are the only person who can make any decisions about your own life. A counsellor is there to help you to look at your situation from a new perspective, so you feel like you can make a decision, and have confidence in making that decision.
